autumn’s officially here with the DST thingy…along with…

stronger winds,

colder weather,

shorter days,

wetter days…

so, i think this may be the last time i’ll be able to get free fruits from the trees at mulberry court…^.^;

the small fruit is the mulberry, and the one in the back is a crab apple…it’s TINY! i mean, like, the mulberry is the size of a grape….so you can guess just how tiny the apple is…

anyhoo, i went to watch cats with the singsoc people last night…

aaaaaaaa…the theatre is purty! and i want to attend more of these…like back in kc, being in drama made sure i attended (almost) weekly theatre performances…i kinda miss norlina screaming in my ear…hahahaha

but i feel out of it…my course that is…maybe cause i’m getting the results of my first MAJOR essay next monday….i’m HORRIFIED! that my english was horrible, or that i did not back up my points with enough evidence, etc etc…

i’ve got to pull it together! MUST.STOP.’PLAYING’.!!!!!!!!!

i’m happy to announce i wasn’t one of them…but those long nights might come around again cause i have a new essay topic coming up tomorrow

i’m just happy i got to recharge on saturday night…sleep marathon man…i didn’t even sleep that much back in singapore! 12 hours!

anyhoo…joanne had come over early yesterday (sunday) afternoon…early because i just woke up…then we popped by hakim’s place, joanne still kinda with morning hair, and me in my PJs….we both got promptly ’sent back’ to change so that we can go out…

hahaha…no lar…we decided to go back before heading to town for lunch…at Nandos!!!

got back, and while waiting for jen, we were munching on hakim’s choco ^.^;;;

Nandos is sorta like the local version of kenny rogers…^.^;; so…yeah…that was all i could afford though…my £5 a week was spend almost entirely on this burger…but it was quite good AND uber spicy!

feet!! we got seated at this extremely high table…hahaha…from the left…haqim, joanne and queems! (haqim is now kimmy and haqeem is OFFICIALLY queems! hahahahaha)

anyhoo, kimmy then went to get groceries and all, so the 4 of us then proceeded to dash up the hill to catch the rest of the guys at the font…

football wasn’t as boring as i thought it was…it’s like watching basketball…except the latter makes much more sense to me for obvious reasons…

anyhoo…it started drizzling, so we all went back…popped by andy’s to get joanne’s lap top later that night…and then stayed at kimmy’s place to chat with kimmy, queems and cydra…am i spelling her name correctly?

hahaha, yeah…fun day i guess…it was around 10 when we left…

and guess what i found on my keyboard when i got back?

i promptly threw it out of my room with my PINK plastic shot glass (free from fresher’s fair lar)…

anyhoo…results of my essay will be out next monday…i hope to god i don’t fail…

okieeee….first day of work…and i didn’t get much sleep last night ^.^; friday nights are now gonna be my stay in and have people over night now…^.^;

andy’s dad got fendrick and i vegetarian meat from singapore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so we had that…and i had tons of rice (5 servings for 3 people ^.^; five of us lar, but the other 2 brought food) andddd…yeah….

then anyhoo…had my work this morning, and i’m officially £55 richer… (^-^)v i got my £5 commission cause i got 41 surveys done! ahhaahahahaha…(quota was 40)

helps tons lar…i now have £227 to last me till june next year…was £177…and i just spend £5 on my phone top up..^.^;

then since jennifer came down to ’support’ both fendrick and i…we treated her to a drink and some fries at the font…

after that….popped by lidl’s….and by then arh…

m(_ _)m damn tired lar…been standing from 9-2 chasing people to get surveys done…then walk allllllllllll the way to lidl’s…then walk alllllllll the way back to the same area we had lunch in to watch the guys jam in the music room near by….^.^;;;;

exercise today man….

but andy damn poor thing lar…groups mates damn evil….he sick still PS him…>.<

hahaha….but they rock man…haqeem’s GREAT on both the piano and drums…haqim too!!!! bloody hell…all the guys can play like 2 instruments lar…best man….joanne can also sing damn well lar! yeah, and i DON’T SING!

xD but it was hilarious! after jennifer and i were done, and went to pop by…the guys realised that they were locked in because the key card couldn’t open the doors…apparently, someone didn’t realise they were in there and locked them in ^.^;

and when joanne opened the side door jennifer and i were banging on…hahahahha….the alarm rang, she screamed and jennifer and i ran away in the other direction…^.^;;; hahahahhaa…soooooo didn’t help that jennifer and i needed to find a bathroom soon lar…

anyhoo, got in through the emergency exit ^.^; at the back of the building, ran to the toilet, and when we were done…someone from the uni had already arrived…we weren’t in trouble though…not our fault we got locked in…hahahahaha…

seems like it’s gonna be a weekly session now (^-^)v not the being locked up part, but the jamming part lar…xD

nowwww…gotta run into and outta the shower…then head over to andy’s place for the ‘birthday’ party ^-^; themed belated birthday party for 2 people lar…hahaha

though i left early to go sleep (before i drink anymore and make a fool of myself….got 12 hours today! omg…i didn’t want to wake up, but i was hungry ^.^;)

mnnnn, anyhoo…i got to go to the museum today….horribly disappointed because the Egyptian gallery is under renovation and will only be done next year…so they only have a temporary exhibition of about 50-80 artifacts on display by the “bug” room ^.^;;;

thank god i’m done with grocery shopping hahaha…if not, damn sad lar…i realise i only spend £5 a week on groceries and that’s for ALL my meals…breakfast, lunch and dinner…lol..

anyhoo, i woke up late again today…been so tired lately…BUT, i still got to lecture on time..yay for me usually waking up 3 hours before class to get ready…even though i live 3 streets away from my furthest lecture…1 is the closest…hehehe

sad…but this was the first meal i had with meat since i got here…from last week…^-^; i tend to upload all my pictures at the same time…was gooddddd, i think they used mature cheese cause it was *chokes* VERY thick…but other then that…(^-^)b

going further back in time (can tell i only upload my pictures once every 2 weeks? hahahaha) this was from cheshire oaks…i had got this for my sis…cause it was DAMNNNNNNNNN good…and DAMNNNNNNNNNN cheap…it was 99p…but when i got home…i realised it expires the following day…

so…ehehehe, i ate it…but cause i think it’s fresh choco…it started tasting odd after awhile…

then there’s this…from last when arh…friday i think…while waiting for rekha, i went to get breakfast…OMG, this was good!
