haha, and i haven’t packed anything…(^-^); haven’t got the foggiest what i should be bringing other then the obvious stuff larh…so, i just hope i don’t mess up on my first day? (^-^); ehehehe…

anyhoo, while waiting for the laundry to be done, i figured i’d settle in and watch a movie…haha, of course i had to go for the basketball one…needed something light (NOT Infernal Affairs like, although i LOVED the movie, edge of seat man…edge of sear) it was kinda like your usual teen flick i guess…good coach gone bad meets horrible team and has to turn them around. he obviously does…happy ending…

yep, gonna sleep early tonight and wake up early to sort out all my documents, files, assessment sheets and PACK!

haha, after rotting in bed (and playing with my front row remote) for the entire day, i’m finally up and decided to rot in front of the tv….

i’ve become a couch potato!!!!

it’s too cold~~~~~ i go into hibernating mode without the heater on…and it’s usually off cause i want to save electricity…

so i’m here, in my room…in 3 layers of clothes keeping warm…(thank the LORDS i picked the smallest room, i swear i will freeze to death in winter in any other room)

haha, ok ok, i’ll go brave the weather for now (something tells me it might be warmer outside)

it’s back to work for me now…the exam results are out and haix….

i swear it’s a conspiracy…i’m always one mark shy of a first grade…it’s like i’ve got the number 69 written on my forehead…=_=

yeah, so…to keep me company on my shleepless nights…i’ve been watching a couple of movies and just any videos i’ve found on my hard drive…one of ‘em movies would be…

i loved it…absolutely loved it…my brain’s pretty much shot right now so…i’ll just leave it at that…i’ll be back once i’ve seen to it’s maintenance (a little shleep should suffice)

anyhoo, on wednesday, jen and i stayed over at the new place with joanne before she left for SG *waves* fely cooked dinner (thai green curry, vegetable stiry fry and sambal fish)…omg, it was great! and for dessert, we had kryspy kreme donuts, ben’s and jerry’s ice cream AND goreng pisang

anyhoo, after jen managed to maneuver her way through everyone’s stuff in the storeroom, we managed to dig out most of my books (at which they both stared in horror at the sheer number of) and moved them into the new room and…

good god!

i’ve never laid in a more comfortable bed xD i had to fight with the other two to get to it…it’ll probably be horrible for my back, but it’s UBER soft and comfy! with a feather pillow to boot!

yeah, but it was dusty larh…feng hao was dusting the surfaces before he left earlier, but we didn’t open the window lar, i could feel it in my throat…*hacks* yeah, we admired feng hao’s decorating skills and talked with gillian for abit…her wedding’s gonna be beautiful!!!

hung out for abit in the living room watching anastasia, veggie tales and click…we only truly watched the first, lol, we were already getting restless before we popped the veggie tales vcd in…queems and rekha paid us a visit too! (they’re leaving today in about an hour…should already be in manchester T-T)

time passed sooooo slowly larh…actually, we were tired from moving stuff in the afternoon…we had borrowed an industrial sized trolley from john and wally at the porter’s lodge lar…lol..uber fun to use! xD we DID get a few stares, but it was all fun…haha

so! by 2, we returned to feng hao’s still dusty room and i proceeded to sneeze the night away after getting kicked off the bed by jen xP left to vegetate in the living room and sneezed and sneezed AND SNEEZED!

the sun started to rise at 4am, and i left to wake both of them at 4.30 (i could hear my hp alarm clock from the living room lar…my room is on the top floor mind you, one floor above…but still~) cause joanne needed to leave by 5.15 to catch her train to manchester…

ahhhh…that was that then…i came home, fell sicker…went to doctors to delay my tetanus vaccination (i miss the doctors back home…i miss the antibiotics even more) and went to grab some meds from tesco before coming home to sleep the day away…

and so, when i did get up, it was sunrise again…haiyoz….

i didn’t get to send queems and rekha off lar…bleah…*waves*

yeahh….that’s that…i’m gonna go shleep now and eat more porridge later (need to buy rice first)…

just got back from catching the movie..(^-^)b it’s good~

one part of me wants to stab my brains out, the other loves the action and humour…^.^; i think i just might got look for the other movies now…

anyhoo, long tiring day…

been having trouble sleeping with the sunlight we get nowadays…that aside, i had a training session with the guild this morning, and when i got back…(at my front door), i get a call from andy to go over and learn the procedures for moving in and all…so i leave…

when i get back, just enough time to have a cup of coffee and run to meet queems and rekha to pick up stuff for the singsoc from the uni…i nap for barely an hour and a half and wake up just in time to manvela knocking on the door to prepare dinner before rein and hiroshi got here..

2 minutes later, rein arrives…*head to desk*

tiredddddddddd….been tapping into my reserves the whole night…*head to desk*

so, had dinner, talked, cleaned up, went out for the movie and

ahahahahahahhaa…i’m back to the beginning of the post…

got a volunteering charity thingy at the guild as a representative for the society for the people affected by the earthquake in SiChuan…

i thought my holidays were here! i’ve still got to get vaccinated and hand in my medical contact form by tomorrow and shop for dvds and prezzies…and they’ve all got to be done before 1pm tomorrow because that’s when i’m needed at the drive…ahhhhhhhhhhh

problem…i’m tired but not shleepy (not entirely coherent as well apparently)…T-T

all during the exam period mind you…xD die lar…don’t know how i managed to write 5 page long essays for the exams (2-3 per paper) with 1/2hour to spare for all of them…siao lar, think the bonk on my head worked wonders…lol, everything feels clearer now like it’s all fallen into place…

i MUST stop gloating to my mates in the department…most of them have one more paper tomorrow…others on monday…^-^;; will shut up before they all decide to throw me into the mersey…hahaha

anyhoo, all my papers went well and now it’s time to focus on the singsoc…i’ve gotta continue working on the website and the farewell dinner this weekend…

went down to the restaurant to check the facilities in the room and all…OMG! it’s big! and pretty!!!! hahahahaa (^_^)b good good! everything’s been going well lar…went ’shopping’ with jen for jo’s hard-to-locate scarf which happened to be RIGHT at the entrace…lol, got some groceries and chatted for abit with both of them…it’s been so long since we’ve all SEEN each other lar…

good god…i swear if we weren’t housemates next year, we’ll NEVER get to meet lar…since i’ll be taking 4 modules and sitting in for an additional 3 next semester…lol..i’m gonna attempt akkadian and coptic in the SAME sem…die lar..

anyhoo…lookie what else i saw in town on the way to shangri-la (the restaurant we booked)

lol, not the car…the shop! i’m now officially convinced that sim is an english surname (i’ve already had several local people tell me that though…lol) and that actor…gerald sim…hahaha…funny lar…

and on the way up…look at the guy’s shirt…xD i was cracking up so bad as both jen and i sneaked up behind the guy to get a picture…xD
